I have to correct myself. This impulsive decline - if it is NOT a C - would be a 3 on the DOW, but - a '1' on SPX and NAZ.

...But if the DOW takes out the low of 9/28 - which is not that far off - that may open a real bad can of worms... And yes, if Bush does tonight as bad as he did last time, then something clearly bearish must be stewing somewhere..
