Good point. Exactly.

Equally important, apparently players like JnJ and Solvay (who, just like Provalis, apparently got tired of The Markham Gang's "business prectices) have someone they can trust, to deal with.

One gets the impression that The Markham Gang's business acumen, and reputation for fair dealing had become highly suspect.

Pennsaid deals appear to be "on". JnJ would be a logical partner for a Pennsaid/Penecure deal - as would Solvay.

As you point out, the risks in other products - discussed on Dimethaid threads for years - are now becoming clear. Pennsaid is becoming increasingly attractive.
