Yes, that was Cheney's point, you ridiculous idiot, but Chaney was only there to preside TWICE in almost four years.

Chaney said he was there MOST TUESDAYS to preside. In the years 2001 thru Oct 5, 2004, there were 127 convenings of the Senate on Tuesdays.

Chaney presided over TWO of them. What is it about that fact that you don't understand, you sad and pathetic fool?
