Bush's response on stem cell research struck me, but this grandmother put it in words much better...

Vallie Weingarten, a retired schoolteacher and self-described concerned grandmother, was struck by the president's answers on research based on embryonic stem cells.
"I don't think his science was good," said Weingarten, a Republican who plans to vote for Kerry. "When he says it's wrong to kill people in order to help people, what in the world is he doing in Iraq if he's not killing people to help people? He doesn't seem to see the connection."
