ot.
i used tread mill for ten years just stopped it two years ago with other things consuming all my time. I went up about twenty pounds once i stopped daily treadmill exercise. Dropped that weight this summer and keeping it off. Now will go back to tread mill or walking outside to get back to high school weight , goal drop another twenty pounds. Already cut my waist size back to 38 where it was two years from size 43. I am ready! maybe

bush and Kerry watched first half hour couldn't take it any longer. Both appeared really strung out to me. they were not discussing their goals and accomplishments but more shouting or being aggressive in the discussions to audience. Where are their coaches. both should have been more lower tone voice imo adjusted tone to keep interest in what they were trying to communicate rather than appear to lecture their audience or appear to talk down to them when a question was asked. to me both appeared less friendly to people and after question went right off on canned presentation and it sounded it. High stakes , high pressure and i think it showed in both of them. I do think Bush was the stronger of the two. Now to read posts to other opinions.
