>every year under clinton the debt number got bigger. Do you see any numbers in the column getting smaller for each year?

I explained this to you. You don't listen. Clinton ran a surplus, period. The debt went up based on the interest on the debt that was run up before. That debt was run up largely under Reagan, and then Bush.

Stevo, go look at the numbers more closely. During the 8 years of Clinton, the national debt when up by a little over one trillion. During the 4 years of Bush, the national debt has gone up by nearly 2 trillion.

THE NATIONAL DEBT HAS GONE UP TWICE AS FAST IN HALF THE TIME UNDER BUSH!!

No wonder the economy is going to hades in a hand basket; you Bushies can't do math!
