Need to check historical market performance leading to and first few months of US presidential election, and particularly a regime change in US. Democrat Kerry will WIN in November. I think first year of Democratic president is good for US stock market. I know, it seems contrarian. Democrats policies seem to favor small businesses whereas Republicans favor the giant conglomerates. US small and medium size businesses need to expand and become more competitive, and need incentives the Democratic presidential policies seem to provide.
