The US Presidency should be one which should command respect from the world. Hence the President needs to be a good listener with excellent persuasive skills. No doubt, that the President needs to dela with the other world leaders from a position of strength. However, Bush has dealt with them from a plane of arrogance. His arrogant approach was very evident in the last two debates. It also explains why he has remained unsuccessful in dealing with other world leaders.

Kerry has repeatedly accused Bush of rushing into war with any plan, leave alone a plan to win the peace. And he demonstarted that very well when he fell into Kerry's trap when Kerry said "A General's job is to fight and win a war. The President's job is to win ppeace." I think Kerry failed to deliver that truth with impact.

I hope Kerry does so in round 3. He should go something like this: "Mr. President, you keep tellinh us how you caucused with the Generals and planned to fight the war. But you have never told us what you did to win the peace. All the detahs today are for your failure to win the peace and not related to fighting the war.
