"I find the highlighting distracting" I'd much rather put up with bolded & underlined words than to be horrifically & intentionally deceived by my political party & the mainstream media (MSM) on matters that affect our national security. Just like the 9/11 report & the Senate Intelligence report, we now have the Duelfer report. This report also establishes beyond any reasonable doubt that Saddam was a genuine threat both regionally & to our national security. They prove Saddam egregiously violated the terms of the UN Sanctions against him. He had full intentions of resuming his WMD programs the instant that sanctions were removed. He built dual-purpose facilities that could be immediately converted when the inspectors left & sanctions were removed. He kept the means & materials to resume his WMD programs hidden from inspectors. Saddam maintained numerous ties to terrorists, including funding & training them. He also was directly involved in planning terrorist attacks against the US & Israel. And Saddam's bribes almost allowed him to succeed in achieving his horrific goals. None of this is in any doubt whatsoever, yet the MSM & your political party refuses to let the public in on the reality of these matters of national security. Instead they are intentionally deceiving you about it. Saddam raped the Oil-for-Food program & bribed France, Russia, China & the inspectors, ET AL. He used the funds to buy illegal weapons from those same countries & others. These same countries thwarted every attempt by Bush to get Saddam to meet the terms of the Cease Fire Agreement. So exactly how was John Kerry going to get these so-called allies to join the "Coalition of the Bribed & Coerced" & help the US in "the wrong war, in the wrong place, at the wrong time"? What did Kerry & the MSM do in the face of the Duelfer report? They focused solely on no "stockpiles" of WMD's. They completely ignored (or buried) significant evidence of the real threat Saddam posed & how he bribed countries that sat on the UN Security Council. Instead they falsely claimed that there was no reason to remove Saddam (Resolution 687 clearly establishes that this is an egregious lie). They never mentioned that the Duelfer report clearly established that Saddam fully intended to ramp up his WMD programs & he was planning terrorist attacks against the US & Israel right up until he was removed (any mention of this is buried deep in any report after it has already misled you as I have indicated). Team Kerry & the MSM deceitfully parroted the lie that sanctions were actually working in complete contradiction to the Duelfer report. Neither the MSM or team Kerry noted that the bribes, illegal weapons sales & lucrative contracts Saddam gave out explained why those countries did not want Saddam removed & that Bush was completely correct in removing him from power. The DNC & the Kerry Campaign went further to falsely assert there was no connection between Saddam & Al Qaeda, which the MSM gleefully reported without noting this is an egregious lie. So please forgive me for highlighting key facts that Team Kerry & the MSM have twisted & distorted so egregiously. I place national security over my political ideology & I'm absolutely shocked at what I see occurring in our media & by the Democrats these days.
