People need to be debating the reasons behind the secret mission against Iraq. We all sit back and presume that the resistance against US troops and Iraqi civilians is the direct result of our presence. However, the anarchy within Iraq is equally dependent upon the fact that new leaders are emerging. They are using military resistance as bargaining power to increase their political demands from the new government, witness al Sadr. I understand this completely... that is a different discussion than the one I am currently engaged in. You may believe it was right to go into Iraq in the first place, I do not. Its painfully clear that this adminstration used deception to the fullest extent to justify the war against Iraq. When leaders lie to the people there should be a price to pay.
