Before 9/11, I can recall the Oklahoma City bombing, April 1995. A homegrown disgruntled soldier wannabe, thought it was important to make an anti-government statement.

Also, I recall the World Trade Center garage bombing, February 1993. This is, what I believe to be, the first foreign attack on America in my lifetime.

Are there others? If not, 8 ½ years had passed prior to the 9/11 attacks, or 6 ½ if you count OK City. That no attacks have occurred since, is not suprising.

People are unhappy with Bush on Iraq, but trust him more than Kerry on FP. I keep saying, our security trumps all other issues.
