The 'need' for 40,000 additional service people exists in Kerrys mind only. The only way he will get that amount is to initiate a draft. I feel it will not be possible for Kerry to maintain todays numbers! Kerry has no loyalty, no honor, and is looked upon as a coward. Those are not the things people in the military want in a CiC. Watch for mass retirements. Look for re-enlistments to drop.
