The terrorist who threw the crippled American overboard from a cruise ship died in Baghdad before Coalition forces arrived.
The barbarian currently beheading Americans in Iraq was also present in that country before Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Al Qaeda members were spread throughout numerous countries planning attacks on mainland USA before the U.S. military ousted Hussein. Many of them were drawn to U.S.'s chosen ME battlefield for War on Terror like bears to honey.
