Duelfer:Saddam more truthful than Bush. That's a reasonable conclusion from his reports of no WMDs due to the UN's success on sanctions and inspections.

Of course, NONE of this would have been necessary had Bush Sr. and Reagan not supported Iraq against Iran AND Texas oilmen would stop interefering with the USA energy independence plans.

Where is the nearly $10 billion missing from Iraq TODAY? Where is it?
