Bush is desperately trying to blame Iraq on the UN now.
Anything but blame himself. But that tact is terribly harmful to the US and Iraq in that only the UN can run elections in a war-torn country. So as Bush desperately needs UN help to have ANY elections in Iraq, he is busy insulting them, calling them corrupt and blaming them, in effect, for Saddam Hussein and why war was necessary.

Is this stupid and dishonest or what?

BTW, amongst those making insider deals with Saddam before the war were close Bush oil companies allies including Exxon and Chevron. Bush knows damn well he's the one to blame, but has no choice but to make excuises and blame it on someone else. Anyone else, including the very people we need at our sides to win the war. Amazing.
