How true--
On Taxes: Senator Kerry falsely asserted that "the only people affected" by his tax plan are the "top income earners" when in fact it would severely hurt small businesses. By rolling back the tax cut, Kerry would hurt small business owners who pay their taxes at the individual rates. This includes more than 900,000 small business owners who pay in the top two rates.

On Health Care: Senator Kerry's $1.5 trillion government-run health care plan would take away choices without reducing the cost of health care. The only way they can pay for their plan is through raising taxes on individuals, small businesses, and families.

On Environmental Regulations: Senator Kerry says he wants to create jobs and stimulate manufacturing jobs yet he supports the Kyoto Protocol and has voted in favor of global warming legislation that would significantly drive up energy costs, force high paying American jobs to go to other countries that have limited controls on pollution and no obligations or controls on greenhouse gases. The fact is:
Kyoto Would Kill 2.6 Million American Jobs
Kyoto Would Raise Gas Prices By 65 Cents Per Gallon

On Frivolous Lawsuits: Senator Kerry claimed that he supports tort reform, but his record speaks for itself: he voted five times against a cap on punitive damages for small businesses, voted at least ten times to block medical liability reform, opposed limiting punitive damages in product liability cases, and opposed a loser pays system for security fraud lawsuits.
