I didn't like the original home page either. It was confusing, had no cohesiveness and, worst of all, was bland. It's a case of, let's put some of this here and some of that over there and we'll put it all on the home page, etc. It just doesn't work. You can keep the same information on the home page but present it differently. Right now, it looks like you just slapped it together. It doesn't make me want to stay on the home page and click on anything. Me, I'm going straight to my message boards. Once I'm there, I don't bother going to the home page. As a matter of fact, I bookmarked my subjectmarks and not SI home page 'cause there wasn't any reason to. Anyway, I'll wait for the other stuff to show up. BTW, did I tell you I loved the web site?
