Exactly, the myth about fiscal responsibility persists. The Dems have done a much better job and Kerry wants a pay-as-you-go system. As I understand it, Kerry has been for balanced budgets for years.

Bush is of the 'deficits don't matter' ideology. The problem is that Bush doesn't really understand that for the ideology to work, revenue must offset the deficits at some point in the future. There has to be an investment, not simply consumption.

I find it most disturbing to hear of Mass General sending out its x-rays to radiologists in India. I find it really disturbing that R&D jobs are going there as well. I find it disturbing that car companies are going to introduce their new wares, not in the US, but in China.

We are losing. We cannot afford Bush, who doesn't understand the concept of hard work, for much longer.
