When Bush says "Kerry saw the same intelligence that he did", the public knows that. The public also knows that Bush is saying a half truth. What he does not say is that the intelligence he saw was mor ethan what Kerry saw.

And notice that during the debate, Bush mentioned that one of the supporters of war was Tony Blair. He did not mention the country since he knew well that the Brits do not support the war. It is Tony Blair who supports the war.
