I meant that if they are ordinary Sunnis it tends to rule out Iranian involvement. If it's Al Qaeda then this does historically cross borders.

These attacks to me do not have the hallmark of Al Qaeda, they are not carefully selected or planned to maximize terror.

It doesn't take much skill or planning to detonate a truck bomb. I could do that all by myself if so inclined, as could you.
