Apparently they bought all the ribbons and medals they could from the Army Navy stores prior to that "tossing medals" episode. They then passed them out to people so they could throw them away in anger.

If Kerry's medals are hanging in his office and you still stupidly believe the lies that say he claimed to throw them away, that doesn't strike you as your being somewhat out of touch with reality?
