MQ, a friendly suggestion<G> You should collect all your post here on Taiwan and send them to CSB, and you may end up a big bonus from him. Since Taiwanese gov. pays big for anyone like you.

>>People like Yiwu are exactly the reason that Taiwanese don't want to be bossed around by people like her. What a nightmare that would be. <<

Thank you for the compliment!

Canada is a province of the USA in much the same way. The trade is huge. Defacto, Canada makes its own decisions. In the future, they will peacefully integrate with the main part of North America's mainland. That's inevitable.

I beg to differ.Even though we signed the free trade agreement with the USA a few years ago,we have continued to diversify our trade so that we are less dependant on the USA.We have increased our trade with China and Britain through the years.A local company imports a lot of structural steel from Russia, even though we produce steel in Ontario.
I am sure that you noticed that we did not support the USA in Iraq, but we also have kept this low key for fear of retaliation.

Jay,congrats on the birth of your daughter.I was fortunate.I had a son and then a daughter.A rich man's family???

LOL... If the US wanted Canada they could take it by force but ther would never be a 'peaceful' integration....

When was Japan a Chinese province ? I know Manchuria was a Japanese appropriation... and the Japanese borrowed the Chinese character set in the AD500's and the Mongols attemped a couple of invasions but were foiled by bad luck...

regards
