The border between Mexico and the US is a sieve. Who knows if terrorists are getting in. Bush has done nothing in the way of stopgapping the flow of illegals. He hasn't funded security here. You are right, he's spends billions on war forgetting about what's really good for the US. I did not know that stat about how many people flu kills.

Amy, the USA was attacked on Sept 11 by factions representing world-wide terrorism. Americans' can choose either to allow the terrorists use of our cities as the battleground or as Pres Bush wisely decided to locate the battleground in their home turf. It isn't a matter of reallocating funds from Iraq to flu shots. The terrorists are not going to stop plotting Sept 11-type attacks on Americans simply because we decide to stop the fight. Liberals who believe otherwise are not living in the real world.
