Bush's priorities of "help" only apply to nations that Halliburton and his oil pals can get richer on. There is a collosal eradication of black Sudanese in the Sudan, but they don't qualify to Bush for help. There's no $$$ in it for Cheney and Bush. This is the saddest record for America ever, including Herbert Hoover. The future Bush administration's scandals won't even be coming out until after the election. Sioux
