You just make this stuff up. Bush has an excellent environmental record. It is certainly better than the first seven and a half years of Clinton's record. Bush did reverse some of the most egregious stupid midnight last night regulations. He let some of them stand. For that alone he should be known as the environmental President. Of course, that would not help you demegogue him...
