I dont believe that, but I have heard WHISPERS that Libya may admit that THEY were the ones making and stockpiling Saddams WMD sometime before the election. It has come to my understanding that Saddam was continuing to order parts etc. for nuclear bomb development right up to the war, people are asking WHY if he didnt have a program. The answer may be that he was paying another country, I think its Libya to stockpile them and allow his people to work there. jdn

I believe it, and the Kerry's will invite him over for cocktails so they can discuss foreign policy following the global plan.
