The big corps have corrupt Bush-Cheney in their pockets and want citizens not to be able to sue them at all. Then they can go back to the bad old days when they make defective products, pollute more, poison more, falsely advertise and buyer beware. BTW: I am for common sense tort reform. That means punishing frivolous lawsuits. So are Kerry and Edwards. Poll I saw said 55% of Americans think it's a positive that Edwards was a litigator. He is an expert at standing up to rich special corporate interests. Exactly what we need in this country. Bush-Cheney-Delay and company just take the cash and do what the corporate lobbyists say, which costs you, me and everyone else. Just look at their massive energy gouging, health care cost gouging and increased pollution? Clear evidence of corruption.
