Imminent threat vs. pre-emptive threat? I do respect and appreciate your thoughtful replies on this and other subjects....

Perhaps the only some people will really understand the threat, is when the terrorists decide to come to their town, and ply their wares. WMD of some sort in one hand, and the beheading knife in the other.

Ostrichs' are not the only living creatures who bury their heads in the sand, it appears.

It's nice to see you picked up W's "enemy" tag line. Not to belabor the obvious or anything, but "they" in the form of bin Laden and al Qaeda is not at all the same as "they" in the form of Saddam Hussein. No matter how much effort W's handlers and flacks put into the propaganda line du jour.
