Franks didn't criticize Kerry's war record, you putz. Read the comment: Franks praised the Democratic challenger's military service during the Vietnam War, but said Kerry's later anti-war activities upset him. This from a conservative from Midland Texas who is close to GW Bush. Franks is an independent who has cast presidential ballots for both Democrats and Republicans.
