Lets not mistake what this is, terrorism as a tactic is used because it works, when it becomes a tactic that comes with a fitting punishment, it will cease to be employed widely. Once the islamic societies turn on them, there will be no more support, no more funding, and lots of pain and hiding by the leadership, and the remaining groups will try something else. Precisely.
