Personally, I think annual income of $200K is pretty well off, but not rich. I also think it's really tacky to tell a group of strangers, "I'm rich, and you're not."

Kerry has never addressed "who" are the rich he talks about. $80,000 or more income is the "rich" he discusses, from the looks of who pays the major portion of the taxes.
