Has Bush effectively steered away from this policy?

I suspect the only reason a "finding" would be issued now is to make sure that Bush knew about it. There really is no "bad boy" out there that killing would help right now. The NK leader is really just a front for the cabal that runs NK. Killing him wouldn't change policy.

If we have to take down Iran with a raid to get the nukes, I suspect that we would make an effort to kill the top Mullahs. We would want to decapitate the Government to the point that it was basically changed.

If you think it was a mistake, you can thank the Church (Dem ID.) Committee and the US congress.

Congress amended Title 18, United States Code after the Church Comittee recommedation.

I think one of the bigger mistakes we made was to have a policy in effect that says we cannot assassinate foreign leaders.

as an extension of the Israelis putting lard on the fronts of their buses came this idea this afternoon:

Subject: Airline Security

Dear Sirs:

I have the solution for the prevention of hijackings and at the same time getting our airline industry back on its feet. Since men of the Muslim religion are not allowed to look at naked women we should replace all of our female flight attendants with strippers. Muslims would be afraid to get on the planes for fear of seeing a naked woman, and of course, many businessmen in this country would start flying again in hopes of seeing a naked woman. Hijackings would end and the airline industry would have record sales. Why didn't President Bush think of this? Why do I still have to do everything myself?

Sincerely,
Bill Clinton
