With $3.00 a gallon gas, they will have the opportunity to stay at home more and derive more enjoyment from their housing investment. Plant shrubs! Tulips! Daffs! Wait a minute, the southwest is experiencing 5 [???] consecutive dry seasons. They can stay home and look at their dry lawns and plant rocks. :o} There are times when the enjoyment of home ownership isn't so enjoyable....I've been spending the day cutting up/and splitting trees and burning the branches. ... I should use some of the illegals we have floating around. The CA way. I sure do feel healthy though .....Ugh. jttmab
