Ann, you are wrong again! Clinton saw that the solution of the Middle East (and this includes the Jihadist/Islamist terrorists) problems lay in achieving a peace accord between the Palestinians and the Israelis. In his bid to effect what would have been a historic peace accord, he appeared to be a "nicey" guy to the Islamic world until he was obliged to lob cruise missiles and smart bombs against Saddam and Osama. Clinton failed to kill Osama, not for lack of trying, but because the cruise missile that fell close to Osama did not explode. This made religious and superstitious Moslems believe that Osama is "zinderbaad" or invincible/immortal.
