Agree completely. You can bet O'Neill was top on that list of Bush's "three mistakes".

Worse is the fact that Snow thinks you can still buy a cup of coffee for a quarter.

I've never been so embarrassed to be a Republican.

If Kerry talked to people like he did in that interview in GQ last month, he would have this thing by a mile.

sorry to disagree - truth over time lends credibility and power - O'Neill wanted a change and did not had the proper support.

If compared to Bob Rubin who is nothing more than a borderline person and WS manipulator O'Neil was / is several levels above in integrity and care for the average person. He believed in honest dealing and gov. accounting and that is the right way in the long run.

WS was very unhappy with a candid person at the treasury who did not bow to the whims of thieves and swindlers of WS – those people populating the higher echelons at the Money Center Banks and WS should be ASAP eliminated from our society …. including the new CFO of CitiBank for example
