Nuclear is a big threat and also a big hope. Preventing Saddam from getting nukes was significant. And Syria woke to the fact that selling nuclear plans and materials was a bad idea , since they could be used against them. If things go hugely wrong in the ME, nuclear power can be used to replace many of our needs for oil, although citizens will have to develop a new attitude towards having nearby plants. $5 or $6 gas might do that. We will get thru this present test of wills with flying colors provided we hang tough and keep people working- keep the economy rolling along for a few more years. Predators are now dropping mini-predators, and the mini-predators will be dropping miniscule predators or whatever else may be useful. GPS can determine the position of objects within inches , and if that object is threatening it can be eliminated. Sig
