First, it is not "cherry picking" when I read the one piece and did not read that other.

Second, the Clinton Administration was given much the same data, and, on that basis, made regime change in Iraq one of America's goals. So far there is nothing to prove dishonesty, rather than faulty intelligence, exacerbated by Saddam's bluff.

Third, the real war on terror has to begin somewhere, and it has.......

Gen. George C. Marshall began planning the postwar occupation of Germany two years before D-Day. This administration was fumbling for a plan two months before the invasion.

Two years before D-Day, but well after we went to war...

World War II was much longer (even if you include the fight against the resistance to this point, definitly if you only include the inital invasion) there was plenty of time to think about things in the middle of the war.
