You must be the MD who graduated at the bottom of the class. The one all prospective patients dread. Medical schools should be forced to publish class standings, so we have some warning when we're about to place our lives in some quack's hands.

Do you want Hillarycare? You may be making hundreds of thousands of dollars. That is good for you. Do you see the expansion of Medicare as a thing that will enhance healthcare? Do you think that the best and brightest will stream into the profesion if the compensation continues to fall? Is the rationing required in many foreign countries a desired outcome?
