what is this story about John Kerry killing a vc who had lowered his weapon, was already wounded, fled and was cowering and hiding? It this rumor is true, it is a violation of the Article of War and he should have been courts-martialed. Remember John Kerry testified before Congress that he committed war crimes himself. If this rumor is true it was in fact an execution. Was this one of the war crimes that he testified that he had committed before Congress? Release the supporting documents on John Kerry's Silver Star and people will be able to learn the truth. Maybe these rumors are false and the supporting documents will reveal that.
