The "young child" argument really doesn't affect my opinion one way or the other. It's one of those "vote for me or I'll shoot this cute little puppy dog" arguments.

Babies are cute, too.

Babies may even be cuter than your cute little granddaughter.

What if your granddaughter is ugly? Would that change things?
