If you just pass a law that forces drug companies to allow re-importation, but does nto restrict their ability to deal with it leagally, then we will see a decrease in the rate of increase of prescriptions. Translated for American Spirit: It will not drop prices. It will slow price increases. Over time other countries will pay more of the costs of research.
