We just had I-76 shut down here (Philly) No alert issued for Philly that I know of. A lot going on though. Jackson, Missippi and Milwaukee airports shut down yesterday. Air patrols just increased on Canadian border. Delaware schools issued a warning about terrorists.

Earth Liberation Front (ELF) A light came on. When I first read your post I thought about the animal liberation front (ALF). A terrorist group that does nothing I know of but disrupt an occasional university lab. The ELF is different. They did the Vail fire in 98 and the Christmas fire against Boise Cascade in Oregon in 99. May also have attacked the nuclear power grid poles in Arizona, Colorado and California.
