1. The world is a dangerous place, filled with deadly people.

The first part seems obvious. If you interpret the second part as there are quite a few "deadly people", that's ok by me.

2. Most nations in the world look out for themselves.

Generally, true. If you inserted the word... "only" between world and look, I would disagree.

3. America is not the world's problem--America is the world's solution.

Both parts are stated as absolutes. Both are a lie, or partially true, or partially false, or just plain dumb. Pick whichever you like.

Al Qaida has grown stronger under Bush. And we have grown much weaker. Think about that.

Here's the point. Bull-headed ideologues without diplomatic skills or honesty should not be running our policies. They simply cannot be trusted. 90% of the world distrusts them.
