I don't know anything about the think tank either but I saw nothing in the piece that answers my question:

How do you know any more terrorists h/b created? Is there an inventory of terrorists? No. Can you name anyone who turned to terrorism after the Iraq invasion who was not of a mind to anyway? No. So what is the belief based on?

Re. this bald statement - Most experts think there are more terrorists today because of Bush's invasion of Iraq. Who and on what basis?

I would agree that islamist terrorists are being drawn to Iraq. That's why its essential that the cause we are fighting for prevail. As Kerry said as recently as the last debate and contrary to what most of his supporters seem to believe.
