<<Amen Sig. Have you been through a blood bonding experience? Posting on this thread would suggest not.>>

Nothing specific. ButI have several friends who have been been thru situations such that we trust each other.

Whatever small accomplishments I have accomplished to date can be traced back to my military training and experience in WW2.

Whatever trouble I may get into, physical, mental, or finanacial I know absolutley positively that the Veterans
organization is there to help.

I have been one of their favorite medical test subjects, being given sulfa drugs to cure colds in 1944, sprayed weekly with DDT in 1945. 2 years of experimental ulcer drugs, 5 years of various cancer drugs and treatments, flu shots,
VA nurses took me out on a golf course one time to teach me golf. They failed and I never went back. The VA paid for my flying lessons. They insured my home loan, with a down payment of only $400.

But despite those considerable resources, I try to remain independant and use them only when there is no other way.
