It's outrageous that some states permit felons to vote, isn't it lorne? Incarceration for a crime should result in at least temporary suspension of the lawbreaker's rights. Relaxation of voter registration safeguards is also unsettling and opens the door for rampant election fraud. I just read that 9 of the Sept 11 terrorists were registered to vote?? How is that possible. Is citizenship not a requirement as well.
