BS. Stem cell research didn't even exist until 1998. No prez COULD have funded it until Clinton's last year. Bush has deliberately limited it to the point where the research can go nowhere in the US. There is also no rational reason whatsoever to ban (severely limit is more accurate) this research. 80% of the country want it including the reagan family and Bush is stubbornly sticking to a completly wrong-headed idea. He just doesn't understand science I guess.
