They are not secure and they are not accurate,
but even when they are stuffed, they are a measure of the organization of the people flooding the poll. The methods you outline do not work for the kind of volumes, hundreds of thousands of respondants per hour, that were involved. If the results were skewed, it is most likely by email-chains organizing members to take a minute to vote.

Anyone in housing stocks.....you best be thinking about taking profits!

Reports have started coming in from diverse parts of the country that new sales are beginning to fall off.......major culprits have been Las Vegas, TX, Arizona and Colorado. However, the Midwest is starting to see a slowdown as well. And now resales are starting to drop off in some markets.

Again, it may be time to sell those housing stocks!
