To answer some of your message

I believe it is because you ASSOCIATE in your mind the Nazis with all of your opponents on the right; hence if a Nazi made a claim that YOU agreed with, all of us "righties" in some vicarious way would be estopped from denying it.

NO..Emphatically..

.I had this message sent to me by a Jewish friend and what I found interesting about it and only this was the way in which through FEAR a populace was willing to follow Hitler... I saw a parallel in the fear that is being perpetrated today by this administration.. Real or not the alerts...red...orange.. etc.

We are buying into the fear that only President Bush can save us from the terrorists..
When Kerry tried yesterday to pacify those fears by saying that in time the terrorists might be as serious to us as and he named some onerous things.. it was blown out of proportion, distorted as a weakness.

Fear is a great divider...

I lived through the Nazi regime something a lot of you did not.
I dispised the Nazi's... Their party was a diametric oppositional one to the Socialists and or Communists who were threatening Germany after the 1st. W.War... Germany was in a depression, had lost it's National pride and one of the reasons Hitler was able to take control as he did... other than dishonesty.. was by using fear of these political systems against the German populace.

It's a great tool to control.
