And that is fundamentally, ethically right. I understand and appreciate that in some peoples' minds it is. But of those who understand what the UN is and does, I suspect a majority do not agree with your view. Most of us, when we look at the scandal that has erupted, with Chirac basically being bought by Saddam, are highly offended that ANYONE would bow to the UN. A few of us (me, for example) believe the funding for the UN ought to be cut off and our involvement totally abandoned. THAT is fundamentally, ethically, right, IN MY OPINION. My view is a pro-American one. Your view is an anti-American one. What else is new?
